Training Classes
- IDE supports OEM customers as well as end users with training classes held periodically. These enable your technical staff to solve issues with our products at your site or your customer's site – and therefore help reduce downtime of your equipment. Please submit your request for a training class by email.
Technical Support
- IDE’s technical support is accomplished through our highly trained and worldwide operating service professionals.
Site Survey
- IDE recommends a Site Survey to determine the best solution, the best match of product to problem.
System Installation
- IDE installs the system at the customer site.
- IDE helps you in preparing the installation site (cage, floor preparation etc.).
- An IDE installation is not finished until the problem is completely solved!
Service Commitment
- In case of a problem, we are there whenever needed.
- Warranty is explained in Terms and Conditions
- If recalibration is required, IDE will do the recalibration.

Return Material Authorization Form (RMA)
- This page defines the RMA procedure. All RMA returns will be replaced / repaired at the discretion of Integrated Dynamics Engineering.
